✨ October 1, 2017 — a day our city will never forget.

In the midst of unimaginable darkness, we witnessed something powerful: a community coming together with courage, compassion, and hope. Though the pain of that day still lingers for many, so does the reminder that darkness does not have the final word.

Today, we pause to remember those who lost their lives, those who were affected, and all who continue to carry the weight of that day. Our hearts and prayers remain with every person and family still healing.

As a church, we pray that we would continue to be a place of refuge, hope, and healing—pointing people to the One who meets us in the darkness and leads us into His light.

“The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it.”
— John 1:5

Today, we remember. We pray. We honor. And we hold onto hope.it.”
