The flesh wants more. Holiness demands surrender.

The world tells us to satisfy our desires. The Word of God calls us to something different: a life set apart for Him.

The battle between the flesh and holiness is real. Our flesh wants to please self, but the Spirit is at work in the believer, transforming us to desire what pleases God.

This isn’t about striving for perfection. It’s about walking in the Spirit, pursuing holiness, and remembering that we are no longer our own. We were bought with a price.

If holiness is not the mark we’re aiming for, our aim is too low.

Who gets the glory in your life: God or self?

That is where Pastor Gregg left us in Revelation 18. Babylon does not only rule by power. She seduces through desire. And heaven has already announced the ending. She is built to fall.
So the question is not whether Babylon falls. God already answered that. The question is what part of our heart falls with her.

It took decades to build—but only moments to fall. When Babylon collapses, the kings mourn, the merchants weep, and the world watches everything it trusted come crashing down. Power, prosperity, possessions…it’s all temporary.
