What a beautiful Sunday as we finished our study through Colossians.
Today in the final chapter of Colossians we saw that starting is exciting and finishing is hard.
Anyone can be faithful when everything feels exciting.
Real faithfulness is proven when the excitement is gone… and you keep going anyway.
Paul’s final charge:
“Take heed to the ministry which you have received in the Lord, that you may fulfill it.”
There’s a difference between being tired and being finished.
Only God gets to decide when you’re done.
So stay faithful.
Keep going.
Finish well —

You’ve prayed the same prayer for years.
Still nothing.

Zechariah and Elizabeth knew that kind of silence.
