Woke up this morning praying…asking God for strength on today.

I then corrected that prayer to say strength to do your will, lead & guide me.

Samson had strength - but strength without “alignment” can undermine progress.

His job was to deliver Israel from the Philistines - he had both power & purpose, but too often his choices didn’t align with that purpose.

One can have tremendous strength & still fail to make meaningful progress. Strength without alignment creates wasted effort…

Strength determines how much power you have. Alignment determines where that power takes you.

After all of this, I changed my prayer one more time….I ask the lord to give me strength to sustain, but align me at the same time for the journey ahead!!!!
