The labyrinth offers a quiet, meaningful way to slow down, step away from the distractions of everyday life and draw closer to God. As you walk its winding path surrounded by the beauty of nature, you are invited to quiet your mind, open your heart and listen for God’s presence. Each step becomes an opportunity to pray, reflect, worship and speak honestly with Him. It allows you the time and space to truly be present and listen. The journey through the labyrinth reminds us that faith is not always about finding the quickest way forward, but about being present with God along the way.

The labyrinth is located on the green space, near the FUMC parking lot.

We are hosting a Community Labyrinth Walk on Sunday, November 1 from 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm. Weather permitting.

We hope you will join us.

Advent Video Devotions

Church members are invited to record a short devotion that will be shared with the congregation, via email, each day during Advent.

Please visit www.FirstLancaster.com to choose a date and time to record your devotional. You may also call the church office to schedule or ask questions.

We look forward to a joyful Advent season and hope you’ll join us in sharing the anticipation of celebrating Christ’s birth with our First Church family!

All are welcome to join us on All Saints Day as we walk the labyrinth in prayerful remembrance of those who are no longer with us but are rejoicing in heaven. This sacred time offers an opportunity for solemn, silent prayer, reflection and thanksgiving as we remember the lives of those we hold dear and the promise of eternal life.
