The Lord revealed that the city of Lafayette was hard ground, but nonetheless fertile ground. The Lord gave the tool to break through the hard ground of Lafayette, which was His word. John 17:17 'Sanctify them through Thy truth, Thy word is truth.' While also committing ourselves to prayer, we realized that it was the Lord who wanted Lafayette, as He declares in Isaiah 62:12 . . . 'Thou shalt be called, sought out, a city not forsaken.'

Pastor Omar gave a powerful word about “Nature vs. Nutrition” this Sunday.

He talked about how envy is socially and generationally contagious: what is in the people around you can begin to jump on you. Fear, anger, sadness, division... even envy can spread if you are not careful who you are connected to.

Envy is a dangerous spirit, but there is resolution through salvation, scriptures and prayer. 🙏🏽

Be aware of yourself. Adjust your thinking. Learn to be genuinely happy for others because their success has nothing to do with yours. What God has for you is for YOU. 🤍
