One Service May 31st at 10 am.
Tim Stone will be preaching from Colossians 3: 1-17. Fighting a battle that’s already won!
Colossians 3:1–17 teaches that believers are fighting a battle that has already been won through Christ’s death and resurrection. Because their identity is now rooted in Him, they are called to leave behind the old way of living marked by sin, anger, greed, and division, and instead live clothed in compassion, humility, forgiveness, love, peace, and gratitude. Paul’s message is that Christians do not struggle to earn victory, but live from the victory Jesus has already secured, allowing His truth, peace, and love to shape every part of their lives.

Kid Zone will be taking a break and will return June 14th at 10 am for kids ages 3 through 5th grade. Stop in the lobby for a kids packet!
Adult class in Luke will meet June 14th at 10 am in the office bldg.

Services May 24th are at 8:30 and 10 am. Pastor Brian continues a series in Proverbs.

Wisdom and understanding are closely linked in Proverbs 4:7, wisdom is more than knowledge; it involves discernment, moral insight, and then applying it in our lives making it always a top priority each day. God’s Wisdom always encourages and far surpasses wealth, status, and material gain. People often pursue temporary things, chasing earthly treasures that do not last while neglecting the heavenly treasures that endure. Don’t pour your time and energy into what quickly fades, while ignoring what is truly lasting.

Services May 17th are at 8:30 and 10 am. Pastor Brian continues a series in Proverbs.
This week he will be jumping around in Proverbs talking about truthfulness: half-truths, lying.
In our pursuit of truth, we find that the fear of the Lord acts as a sturdy foundation. Throughout the book of Proverbs, we learn that this reverent respect for God leads us toward wisdom and understanding. We understand that without this foundational truth, we risk wandering off. Truth is a guiding principle in our lives, lightening our path as we navigate our daily decisions and interactions. The truth helps us recognize what is right and what is wrong, and steering us clear of falsehoods that can bring harm. By embracing this truth, we can build strong character and deeper relationships both with God and our families & community.
