Knowing the Lord Jesus is knowing true joy of life even in the uncertain turbulence in today’s world.

Read Ephesians 3:14-21. Versus 20 and 21 we read, “Now to him who is able to do far more abundantly than all that we asked or think, according to the power at work within us, to him be the glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations forever and ever. Amen.” (ESV) The the question is, how are we going to grow spiritually fulling this challenge outside of being active in your local Bible believing local church? The answer is it’s impossible! A believer standing alone is like the army of one is nearely totally defenseless against attacking enemy army. Your spiritual power is next to weak sanding alone outside the church.

The Bible tells us as born again Christian’s this what we have to look forward to: “Beloved, we are God’s children, now, and what we will be has not yet appeared; but we know that when he appears we shall be like him, because we shall see him as he is. And everyone who has this hope in him purifies himself as he is pure.”
l John 3:2-3 ESV

It wasn't Jesus that hurt you...

Church hurt can leave wounds
that reach far beyond a building.

When people who represent God fail us,
it can become difficult
to separate their actions
from His character.

Yet God is not defined
by the brokenness of people.

He remains faithful,
even when His people are not.

Healing may take time,
and rebuilding trust may be slow.

But our hope can rest in Christ,
whose love never changes
and whose presence never abandons us.

Do not be deceived: God is not mocked, for whatever one sows, that will he also reap. For the one who sows to his own flesh will from the flesh reap corruption, but the one who, sows to the Spirit will from the Spirit reap eternal life. (Galatians 6:7-8 ESV)
At the end of your life, you do not get to keep what you work, for but what you have sown in life. Choose the fields and seed you sow wisely.

Read II Corinthians chapter 5 today.
Vs 12b “…., so that you may be able to answer those who boast about outward appearance and not about what is in the heart.” Then in verses 14-15 “ Fot the love of Christ controls us, because we have concluded this: that one has died for all, therefore all have died: and he who died for all, that those who live might no longer live for themselves, but for him who, for their sake died and was raised.” Verse 17.” Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away; behold, the new has come.” Then in verse 21,” For our sake He was made sin, who knew no sin, so that in him, we might become the righteousness of God.” Please, understand this, dear Christian, Jesus paid the price for our sin, he is not playing games and neither should we. Many need to stop taking his word and his sacrifice so lightly. Because you never want the hear Jesus say, “I never knew you!”
Matthew 7:21-23.

Scripture verses for today: “But he who enters by the door is the Shepherd of the sheep. To him the gatekeeper opens. The sheep hear his voice, and he calls his own sheep by name and leads them out. When he has brought out all his own, he goes before them, and the sheep, follow him, for they know his voice.”
John 10:2-4 ESV. Jesus not only wants us to believe in him, but also to trust him enough to follow him. Read your Bible daily to hear his voice.
