You are loved and so worthy. All the things you are going through absolutely suck and it is freaking hard! But what I do know is that you are so worthy, so loved, so cared for. We had an incredible group of women come together to learn how to be more aware, prepared, and confident in their everyday lives.
Situational awareness isn’t about living in fear, it’s about recognizing what’s happening around you, trusting your instincts, identifying potential threats early, and having a plan.
Whether you’re walking across a parking lot, heading to your car after work, traveling, going to college, or living alone, awareness is one of your first lines of defense.
We are so proud of these women for showing up, asking questions, learning, and choosing to take an active role in their own safety. 💪
