✨ It’s official! ✨
Yesterday afternoon, Pastor Felicia Swartz was officially installed as our new pastor! We were honored to have Bishop Craig Miller and Pastor Robert Doll lead the installation service as we celebrated this exciting new spiritual chapter together. Following the beautiful service, we wrapped up the day the best way we know how—with delicious food, great laughs, and wonderful fellowship. Thank you to our leaders, and to everyone who came out to celebrate, serve, and make this milestone unforgettable! Please join us in welcoming and praying for Pastor Felicia! ✝️🕊️❤️

Join the Theologians of the Cross! Following Jesus means faithfully surrendering to God's grace, and yet we exert so much energy trying to retain control of our lives. There are names for these ways of life: theologians of the cross and theologians of glory. We are all natural-born theologians of glory, but through faith we can become resurrected theologians of the cross.

You are invited to join Pastor Jim Vitale and a cohort of other thoughtful people and explore what it looks like to live as a theologian of the cross.

Peach Festival – Sunday, August 16th ~ 5 pm
Come one, come all for a time of fellowship and enjoy homemade peach and/or vanilla ice cream with peach topping, homemade peach pie, and peach cobbler! We will gather in the downstairs fellowship hall.

Back to School Blessing ~ Sunday, August 23rd

On August 23rd we will have our annual blessing of the backpacks along with a blessing for all teachers and other school employees. So we invite anyone currently in school to bring their backpacks as partof the blessing, as well as any school workers who wish to receive a blessing.

Healing Service ~ Sunday, August 16th

Join us on August 16th as we take time during our service, for a laying on of hands and anointing with oil. We will have a healing service every quarter during the year and we hope you find some peace, comfort and healing for no matter what you are facing.

Today we celebrated Christmas in July! We sang our favorite Christmas carols and listened to the Christmas story and after worship we enjoyed Christmas cookies, chocolate milk, coffee & tea! 🌟

Today, we added a second set of candlesticks on the altar. The candlesticks were in loving memory of Mike Haas’ mom and are from Christ United Methodist Church, Northumberland, who just recently closed their doors. Thank you Mike and family for bringing the candlesticks to Zion, Kratzerville.
