Mark Chapters 14-16

Jesus was judged by many, crucified, placed in a tomb, and rose again on the third day. In John 10:18, Jesus states this concerning His life, "I have the power to lay it down, and I have the power to take it again."

VBS Day-5 Jesus, God's Plan for Salvation
Acts Chapter 2
On the day of Pentecost, the Holy Ghost came and filled them in such a way that people from many lands and languages could understand them.

Peter's message to them was to repent and be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sin.

Come join us this evening to learn more about Jesus Christ, the Messiah.

VBS Day-3 Jesus the Powerful Son

Matthew Chapter 15:29-39

Jesus is healing many from the multitude of people that have come to hear him.

After three days, instead of sending them away hungary, Jesus decides to feed the multitude using what is on hand - seven loaves of bread and a few fishes.

From this small amount of food, four thousand men are fed besides the women and children.

Come join us this evening to learn more about Jesus Christ, the Messiah.

VBS Day-2 Jesus the perfect Son

Matthew Chapter 3

John is baptizing in the wilderness of Judaea and calling for repentance. Jesus comes to John for baptism. John is reluctant, but Jesus tells him to allow it to fulfill all righteousness.

When Jesus was baptized, the heavens were opened and the Spirit of God descended like a dove, and lighted upon him. Then, a voice from heaven was heard, saying, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.

Jesus was fulfilling the perfect will of God, His Father.

VBS Day-1 Jesus the Son of God

Matthew 16:13-20

It is revealed by the Holy Spirit, to Peter, that Jesus is the Son of the Living God.

He was sent by God to overcome both sin and death, and to usher in the age of Grace for all mankind.

Only by Christ can we truly be reconciled to God.

Come join us this evening to learn more about Jesus Christ, the Messiah.
