“Goc Cares About Your Cares”
God cares about your smallest burdens. His spiritual forces surround you. And when enemies deserve judgment, His grace disarms them. The same power that raised Christ from the dead is working in your life today. Trust Him. Cast your cares on him, because he cares for you (1 Peter 5:7).
Can I see that God cares about my cares?
Can I see that God is greater than the opposition?
Can I see that God’s chosen one treats my stubborn heart with humbling grace?

Sunday Sermon, October 18, 2026, 2 Kings 5:15-27
“The Grace of God Cannot Be Earned”
In 2 Kings 5, we see two men witness the same miraculous work of God and walk away completely changed -- but in opposite directions. Naaman, a Syrian outsider, moved from pride to humility and freely received God's grace. Gehazi, a servant of the prophet who had seen God work firsthand, let greed and pride pull him away from that same grace.
The warning is clear: we can be in the middle of God's work and still miss it entirely. When we start adding conditions to God's grace or looking down on those we feel don't deserve it, we cheapen what Christ has already fully accomplished.
The good news is that Jesus took the leprosy -- the judgment -- upon Himself. His grace is available to all who recognize their need and turn to Him. No earning required.
Join us as we continue studying God's Word together.
