This Sunday we are gathering around tables for a Community Meal + Conversation as we look at Vision 26 and what it means to abide in Jesus.

In John 15, Jesus invites His followers to remain in Him, reminding us that apart from Him we can do nothing. Abiding is not just believing the right things. It is a life lived with Jesus. Being with Him, becoming like Him, and doing as He did.

We will spend time looking at the Critical Journey and how we as followers of Jesus continue to grow in our love of God and love of neighbor through every season of faith. No matter where you find yourself on the journey, Jesus is inviting you deeper.

Come hungry for good food, meaningful conversation, and a chance to reflect on where God may be leading you next.

Life is better around a table.

House Churches create the kind of community that large gatherings often cannot. Shared meals, honest conversations, prayer, laughter, support, and simply doing life together.

A place to practice the way of Jesus not just in theory, but in everyday life.
To love God and neighbor through ordinary rhythms.
To show up unexpectedly.
To eat, celebrate, grieve, serve, and belong.

Church is not only something we attend.
It is a people gathered and dispersed.

We are all going to eat anyway, might as well do it together.

Sin is active.
But it’s not ultimate.

Look at Romans 7:8. Paul is not talking about sin like it is passive. He is saying sin operates like a crouching, deceiving, enslaving power. And it will seize opportunities to bend us away from love and communion with God.

It’s your turn to show us what you’ve been cooking! That’s right on May 31st after service an old school PotLuck.

(Well maybe not stick a fork in a pot, old school)
BUT YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN!

Bring a family favorite dish as we sit around tables and remind ourselves and discuss where we are going and what we pray God is doing in us and our cities.
