Jerusalem Day (Yom Yerushalayim)

Today we remember Jerusalem — a city of prayer, history, longing, beauty, and deep significance to Jews and Christians around the world.

Scripture calls Jerusalem “the city of the Great King” (Psalm 48:2) and reminds us:
“Pray for the peace of Jerusalem: May those who love you be secure.” — Psalm 122:6

At The Crossover Project, we believe understanding the Jewish roots of faith helps build healing, reconciliation, and deeper respect between people and traditions.
Today, may we pray: • for peace in Jerusalem
• for comfort where there is grief
• for wisdom where there is division
• for healing between Jews, Christians, and our G-d
• and for hearts willing to stand against hatred and antisemitism
Jerusalem has been a place of tears and hope throughout history. May we be bridge builders who choose understanding, remembrance, and peace.

On this National Day of Prayer, we invite people of all backgrounds to come together in humility, healing, and hope.

At The Crossover Project, we believe prayer has the power to build bridges, soften hearts, and restore understanding between Jews and Christians. In a world filled with division and confusion, prayer reminds us to seek God’s truth, pursue peace, and walk in love toward one another.

Today we pray for Israel, for unity, for healing in families and communities, and for hearts that are willing to listen, learn, and stand together against hatred.

May we become people who not only speak about faith—but live it with courage and compassion.
