It is important to serve our neighbor, but it is more important to understand why we serve. We don't serve to receive applause or praise from people. We serve because the Lord calls us to serve; to use the gifts He has given us to serve our neighbor.

Happy Friday! ✝️
In case you haven’t heard, God loves you. In fact, He loves each and every one of us despite our sins. Our sins aren’t something that we can just ignore, it is an insurmountable debt. Because of His love for us, He sent His son Jesus Christ to bear all of the sins of the world and carry them to the cross on our behalf.
Think about what the text says here, as far as the east is from the west? It’s not a finite distance like north to south, how can you even measure that, they go on infinitely! So too is His love for us. ❤️
