Vásquez and Auxiliary Bishop Italo Dell’Oro, CRS, will join other U.S. bishops in consecrating the U.S. to the Sacred Heart of Jesus as part of a national celebration marking the 250th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence during a gathering in Orlando, Florida.
