But when Country Club Christian Church was established in 1920, its founders named the church for its geography, as it was and still is today, located in the Country Club District. Here we believe that the love and grace of God is freely given to all people, regardless of zip code, financial status, race, sexual orientation, gender expression or where you happen to be on your own spiritual journey. All are welcome to join and participate in our community, communion, worship, and leadership roles of our church.

Country Club Christian Church and Habitat for Humanity of Kansas City invite you to celebrate an exciting new chapter in our partnership! Together, we’ll gather at the 7th Street build site for aspecial ribbon cutting and blessing on two homes supported by funds from Country Club Christian Church. The event will include:

• Remarks from Habitat KC and Country Club Christian Church
• Prayer and blessing for the homes and families moving in
• Celebrate the neighbors, volunteers and partners who make this work possible.
• Walking tour of the project follwing the ceremony
