The family of Elder Felicia “FeMac” McClellan has released the final arrangements for her Homegoing Celebration.

As we prepare to honor her life, legacy, and faithful service to the Kingdom, we ask the entire EEA family to continue lifting her loved ones in prayer. Please especially remember Bishop James Adams and the entire Embassy Dallas Church family as they walk through these difficult days and prepare to lay their beloved Elder to rest.

May the God of all comfort strengthen every heart, grant peace in the midst of sorrow, and remind them that “to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord.”

We honor Elder McClellan’s life and faithful service, and we continue to stand prayerfully with all who loved her.

Rest well, Elder Felicia McClellan. Your labor was not in vain.

Please keep our Third Presiding Bishop, Bishop Larry Sailes, and the entire Sailes family lifted in prayer following the sudden passing of his beloved brother, Pastor Roderick Sailes, Pastor of Refresh Family Church – Brent.

In moments like these, words often fall short, but we know the power of prayer and the comfort of God’s presence. We ask our entire EEA family to surround Bishop Sailes and his family with love, strength, and sincere intercession as they navigate this unexpected loss.

May the God of all comfort grant them peace, sustain them in the days ahead, and give them strength for this journey.

OFFICIAL NOTICE OF ECCLESIASTICAL TRANSITION

Presiding Bishop Marsha Walters and the Executive Board of Embassy Ecclesiastical Affairs solemnly announce the Episcopal Transition of Elder Felecia McClellan, Ordained Elder of Embassy–Dallas, Region One Jurisdiction.

We honor Elder McClellan for her life, her labor, and her faithful service to the Kingdom of God.

During this time of bereavement, we stand in solidarity and sincere prayer with her family, her church family, and her pastor, Bishop James Adams. We pray that the God of all comfort will surround them with His presence, strengthen them in the days ahead, and grant peace that surpasses all understanding.

We join the entire Embassy family in remembering and honoring a life of faithful service.

Last week was no exception in Canada. During the historic retirement celebration honoring Bishop-Emerita Fern Mclean after 16 years of faithful service and the consecration and installation of Bishop Nerine Agard as the new Bishop of International Affairs, Bishop Dillon made sure every meaningful moment was captured.

While many were celebrating in the moment, she was preserving those moments for generations to come. These photos are more than images; they tell the story of fellowship, honor, legacy, and the EEA family.
