What an incredible 3 days at VBS 2026! 🇺🇸

We laughed, played, worshipped, learned God’s Word, made memories, and most importantly, watched kids encounter Jesus in a powerful way. What a blessing to host the very first VBS at The River Church of Kansas City, and what a week it has been!

While VBS may be over, we’re not quite finished yet! All VBS attendees and their families are invited to join us this Sunday at 10 AM for our prize giveaways. Every child who returns Sunday morning has a chance to win some amazing prizes!

Thank you to every volunteer, parent, and child who made this week so special. We can’t wait to see all of our VBS families back this Sunday at The River Church of Kansas City!

Kids are on fire for God! 🔥

Night 2 of VBS was absolutely incredible. From all the fun and laughter to enjoying Shivers Shaved Ice, the best part was seeing kids encounter Jesus in a way they’ll never forget.

Lives are being impacted, hearts are being touched, and we can’t wait to see what God does on our final night!

What a powerful Friends & Family Sunday at The River Church of Kansas City!

This morning, Pastor Chris ministered a timely message, “Love: The Path to Victory.” As the Word went forth, hearts were challenged to let go of unforgiveness, walk in God’s love, and surrender the things that hinder us from fully following Him.

There is freedom when we choose forgiveness. There is victory when we choose love.

We’re grateful for every friend, family member, and guest who joined us today. God is moving in hearts and lives, and we’re believing this is only the beginning of what He wants to do.
