Shalom is a Hebrew word that has three meanings. Hello, Goodbye, Peace. In this context it means peace. We as Christians should live In Completeness and in soundness. No matter if there’s conflict or not. We must remember Jesus is the good shepherd who watches over us. John 10:11-14. In the day we live in the devils main focus is to take your focus off the Lord. 1 Peter 1:13 says ‘Gird up the loins of your mind’ As the body of the church it’s time to cut off & remove distractions. Time to address the Elephant in the room ignoring the Holy Spirit is dangerous and is a sin. Sin is an archery term. it means to miss the mark. Which we all have. Romans 3:23 If peace is truly what you so desire you can’t live like Hell the entire week then go to church on Sunday putting on a face of I got it all together, or He has to forgive me, News flash no one has it all together & Stop abusing grace. He didn’t give us a license to sin. Stop using him as an every once in a while, put on the back burner, when I feel like it kind of of God. Confusion has entered the church. Be careful of who you listen to Some peach what they know about the Bible when they should instead be preaching the Bible. Many reformative gospel preachers out there will ruin the believers true knowledge of the Bible with their heresy doctrine of devils. All the answers you seek is in the word of the living God read it don’t just trust every so called preacher who has a platform. They’ll also ruin the what justifying, sanctifying peace the believer has. The answer you seek of living a life of peace it starts at the cross and the moment you accepted him in your heart the posture of it changed. Justifying peace came into play. Jesus said it best in John 11:25 - 26 He declares himself ‘The resurrection and the life’. When you got saved that old man died, but yet you live now spiritually awake, Alive in Christ Jesus. Don’t let someone tell you who you serve Know who you serve. He is our Adonai Yeshua, which translates to Jesus Is my Lord, The God of our salvation! Philippians 2:11 He is Jehovah Rapha, The God who heals me! Exodus 15:26 He is Jehovah Nissi, He’s our banner of victory! Exodus 17:15 He is Jehovah Shalom, The God of our peace. Judges 6:24. Before I add this prayer. I don’t know who this was for, But There is a need if it is for you say this aloud Father in the name of Jesus I by faith receive. The chaos of condemnation has no rule over me, nor my mind, or my life. In Jesus name I bind it back to the pits of hell where it came from. Jehovah Eliahsib you are the restorer of my Joy, my Strength, my health. I allow your sanctifying peace to dwell in me. In Jesus name, amen! God bless. ~ Jay
