🎉🏆 A NEW SUNDAY SCHOOL YEAR HAS BEGUN AT FIRST CHURCH! 🏆🎉

Today was an exciting day at First Church of God in Christ – Jeanerette as we officially kicked off our new Sunday School year! 📖🙌🏾

As we move forward, we also celebrated a little history! After many years of faithful service, we officially retired our traditional award banners and introduced something NEW — our Sunday School Champion Paddles! 🏆🔥

Each division now has something to strive for every Sunday:
🏆 Adult Division Offering Champion
🏆 Youth Division Offering Champion
🏆 Children’s Division Offering Champion

These paddles are about more than friendly competition—they represent participation, commitment, growth, and excitement about Sunday School!

We honor the foundation that has been laid, while continuing to find new ways to make Sunday School engaging for every generation.

Same Word. Same Mission. NEW YEAR. NEW TRADITION. 💜💛

Congratulations to today’s champions! Now the question is… WHO WILL TAKE THE PADDLE NEXT SUNDAY? 👀🏆😂
