Let's look at Isaiah 55:8: "For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways," declares the Lord. This passage brings with it a sobering reality: God specializes in things we often think are impossible.
I was reading a devotion this morning that pointed out an interesting truth—God rarely does the same thing twice. Many of the miracles we read about in Scripture were unique, one-time events that displayed His power in remarkable ways. Yet, there is one common denominator found in every miracle and blessing: faith. Hebrews 11:6 tells us: "But without faith it is impossible to please Him: for he that cometh to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of them that diligently seek Him." I challenge you to step outside the religious box and explore the limitless possibilities of God. God moves in the church, but He also moves outside the church. God moves in the prayer closet, but He also moves beyond it. His presence is not confined to a building, a routine, or our expectations. Allow the Holy Spirit to elevate your spiritual awareness. Expect the unexpected. Believe for what seems impossible. Trust that God's ways are higher than your ways, and His plans are greater than anything you could imagine. Live by faith, and watch God do what only He can do.
