REKINDLE NIGHT

Our friends Kyle & Beth Sessions are coming to share the Word and lead worship for a special Rekindle Night at Iuka General Baptist Church, and we’d love for you to come.

This night really grew out of our heart to keep the campfires burning with our camp-age kids, teens, and tweens...but this isn’t just for them. Adults, you’re invited too.

No big production. No pressure. Just an evening to come together, worship, hear the word, pray, and make some space for God to refresh our hearts.

Maybe you’ve been tired.
Maybe you’ve felt a little spiritually dry.
Maybe you just need a night to sit in His presence and worship.

Come.

Come as a worshiper.
Come expecting.
Come ready to be refreshed.

What a wonderful evening celebrating what the Lord has done!

Tonight we had the joy of celebrating the baptisms of Rayna, Adrianne, Aurora, Ava, and Gunner as they publicly declared their faith in Jesus Christ.

Each of these students surrendered their lives to Christ recently at Union Grove Youth Camp, and tonight they took the next step in obedience through baptism. What a privilege it is to witness God continuing the work He began in their hearts.

Church family, thank you for praying faithfully for our students. Your prayers matter, and we are seeing the fruit of them.

Please continue praying for these five as they grow in their walk with the Lord. We are so thankful for what God is doing in this generation.

"Great is the Lord, and greatly to be praised; and his greatness is unsearchable." — Psalm 145:3

Some of our Grounded Youth surrendered their lives to Jesus at camp...and now they're taking the next step. BAPTISM! 🙌

We've watched God answer prayers right in front of our eyes. On Wednesday, July 22 at 6 PM, we get to celebrate these young people as they publicly declare their faith in Jesus.

If you're able, please COME celebrate with us and show these kids that they have a whole body of believers standing with them.

And if you can't be there, please be in prayer for them as they take this next step.

There will be a reception to follow in the New Life Center.

The first of several upcoming baptisms took place this morning.

What a joy it is to witness our students publicly declaring their faith in Jesus Christ. We rejoice with Hosea and celebrate what the Lord has done in his life.

What a God!

Please continue praying for the others who will be baptized in the coming days. May the Lord continue the beautiful work He began in their hearts.
