God is moving in Panama! 🎉 Over the past few months, 237 people have given their lives to Christ through the ministry of Pastor Contreras.

As we celebrate this wonderful harvest, please keep his family in your prayers. His wife Danyra, daughter Abi, and son Bilhan are all experiencing health issues. Pray for healing, encouragement, and God's sustaining grace.

“Why don’t they just leave?”

When you hear what some of our national pastors face for following Christ, it’s a fair question. I honestly don’t know what I would do in their place.

Yet they continue sharing the Gospel because they believe God has called them—and they love the people they serve.

Their stories have challenged me. I hope you’ll take a moment to read them through the link in the comments.

Will you pray for these pastors today? Leave a word of encouragement or a short prayer in the comments, then share this post to invite others to pray alongside you.

🇲🇲 Myanmar: Preparing the Next Generation to Serve Christ

There is still joy in the midst of difficulty!

Take a moment to watch these Bible college students in Myanmar enjoying a day of fun, games, and fellowship. Their smiles and laughter are a wonderful reminder that even in the midst of tremendous challenges, God is still at work!

For the past several years, Myanmar has faced political unrest, armed conflict, persecution, and tremendous uncertainty. Yet, despite these difficulties, young men and women continue to answer God's call and prepare for the ministry.

Over the past five years, our Bible college in Myanmar has averaged 170–180 students enrolled each year!

These young people understand that following God's calling may come at a tremendous personal cost. Yet, they continue to move forward by faith, preparing to reach their own people with the Gospel.

As you enjoy their laughter, remember that behind each smile is a young person preparing for a life of service to Christ, regardless of what the future may hold.

Would you join us in praying for these students? Pray that God would strengthen their faith and prepare them for the work He has called them to do.

The challenges are great, but God is raising up another generation to carry the Gospel forward!

🌍 A FRESH LOOK. THE SAME MISSION.

For 25 years, NOW Ministries has been committed to one mission: reaching the world for Christ by training, equipping, and supporting national pastors.

Today, we're excited to introduce our newly updated website!

While our website has a fresh look, our mission remains unchanged.

God continues to open doors around the world, and we want to make it easier for you to see what He is doing, learn about the national pastors we partner with, and discover how you can be involved.

We invite you to explore our updated website and see how God is using ordinary people to accomplish extraordinary things for His glory.

🙏 Please pray for Toru and Robin as they head west this week!

They will be spending the week ministering alongside their middle daughter, Larissa, and her husband at Sand Hills Baptist Church.

One special opportunity will be a community film night, where Toru will preach a clear Gospel message.

Please pray for safe travels, open hearts, and for God to use the Gospel to bring souls to Christ.

We are thankful for every opportunity God gives to share the Gospel. Pray with us for an eternal impact this week!

What if you couldn't easily get a Bible in your own language?

For years, Falam Chin believers have longed for a faithful translation of God's Word they could confidently read, preach, teach, and share.

Today, the Falam Chin Standard Bible is being used by pastors, families, churches, and believers around the world. But the story isn't finished.

Approximately 10,000 Bibles are still waiting near the India–Myanmar border, ready to be transported into Myanmar and placed into the hands of believers who need them.

🙏 Pray that God will open the way for His Word to reach His people.

"So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God." — Romans 10:17

Exciting days ahead! This fall, Toru and Adam will be ministering in Pakistan, Myanmar, and Cambodia, encouraging church leaders and advancing the Gospel. They are trusting the Lord to provide the remaining $13,000 needed for this trip. Thank you for being part of what God is doing around the world! 🌍✨
