Are you ready...to meet Jesus?

Good early morning my dear friends. I pray when you awake soon...that you have an awesome day walking with Jesus.

I woke up early this morning around 2:45 am and had Psalm 51 on my heart and mind.

I will post the verses that I read this early morning. Psalm 51:10-12...

10...Create in me a clean heart, O God; and renew a right spirit within me.

11...Cast me not away from thy presence; and take not thy holy spirit from me.

12...Restore unto me the joy of thy salvation; and uphold me with thy free spirit.

As human beings...with the battle between our flesh and spirit, see Galatians 5:16-17...we fail God every day...even miserably.

We fall short of His Glory and, at least for me, I think...my God, my God...who am I that you choose to be mindful of me?

I know...God loves me and has a Mighty plan for my life...because the Bible tells me so...and the Bible speaks to you as well when you read it.

This early morning...I want to ask you a question...the question is...Are you ready...to meet Jesus?

Are you truly ready to meet Jesus? If you know you are not ready to meet Jesus...I ask you now to pray Psalm 51:10-12.

Ask God...to create within you a clean heart, and renew a right spirit within you.

You see...when Jesus returns...for the rapture... He is coming back for a Glorious Church... without spot or wrinkle.

Spots and wrinkles...represents our sin and miserable failures in not walking in the Spirit. So confess your sins...

confess your short comings...believe me... Jesus understands...more than we can comprehend. See Hebrews 4:14-16.

When you do...the peace of God will come upon you and you will experience anew...the joy of your salvation...knowing Jesus heard your sincere prayer...from your heart.

Remember this...Jesus Loves you...with an everlasting Agape Love...that never fails, never dries up...and will stay with you...for ever.

When you wake up...for those of you who do... enjoy a cup of coffee...and know I am praying for all of you. When the Hoky Spirit leads you to...say a prayer for me.

I pray you are blessed and encouraged in your walk of faith in Jesus Christ! Enjoy your weekend my dear friends and be safe.

Good late morning my dear friends! Today, I just want to give you a word of encouragement.

I was standing in my kitchen and I looked up on the wall above the kitchen sink window and saw this wooden plaque I have hung up there.

I read it...and I have read it many times before so I will share what it says with you.

Friends...

Many people will walk in and out of your life,
but only...true friends.. will leave foot prints in your heart.

You see...God will allow many people to pass by you...they will smile, shake your hand, and even greet you with a hug.

But not everyone who comes near...are meant to stay. Only those moved by God will stay near you...

And as you walk together...over time...they will leave footprints in your heart...that will lead you to Jesus...even during a storm of Life.

I pray you are blessed and encouraged in your walk of faith in Jesus Christ! Enjoy the rest of your day...on this last day of August!

Isaiah 40:31...

Good morning my dear friends. I pray you have an awesone day with Jesus studying His Holy Word in accordance with 2 Timothy 2:15.

Today...I want to conduct an expository study on a very powerful verse of Holy Scripture found in the Old Testament.

The verse is Isaiah 40:31.. the Bible says...

31...But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.

Read this verse...then sit still...and ponder what God is telling you to do...in your life and ministry.

In your calling...or mission...in this life...is not always...get up and go...but sometimes God will want you to...be still and wait. And sometimes this will require you to be silent or quiet.

Let us begin...Isaiah 40:31 says...But they... stop right there...who are they?

They...represents...believers in Jesus Christ. They are Christians & Jews. They are born again, they walk in the spirit...and shun the flesh. See Romans 8:1.

They serve the Lord Jesus Christ. They struggle in their mission. They study to show themselves approved of God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed. See 2 Timothy 2:15.

Question...Do you see yourself in this list above...that describes...they?

Let us continue...But they that wait upon the Lord...stop right there...what does the word wait mean?

The English word...wait...comes the Hebrew word...qivih...pronouced...kaw - vaw'...and literally means...to bind together...( perh by twisting), i.e. collect; (fig) to expect--wait, look, wait for, gathered.

This word stresses the straining of the mind in a certain direction with an expectant attitude...a forward look with assurance.

There are many members in the body of Christ...but...each believer has...a one on one relationship...with God.

I say this above...to paint a picture...of what qivih...actually looks like. You have seen a nest of baby birds...and the mother bird brings food to the nest.

The baby birds...are doing what? They are looking up...straining to reach their mother with their mouths...wide open...expecting to receive...and they do.

This is precisely what...qivih...looks like in motion...as Christians...we are to strain every day...

studying the Holy Word of God... with our hearts and minds...wide open...expecting to receive...and we will...when we look up expecting to receive. Powerful...isn't???

So...when you stop to rest...and Jesus did so many times in His earthly ministry...this is what you will receive...from the Lord Jesus Christ..

They that wait upon the Lord...

1) Shall renew their strength--only occurs when you rest...in the Lord.
2) They shall mount up with wings as eagles.

For a moment.. look at point #2...what does this mean? This means.. you will overcome the storm in your life...by "fkying" above the storm. Why? This is what eagles do.

3) They shall run...and not be weary
4) They shall walk...and not faint

Stop for a moment and look at points 3 & 4 what do they mean?

This is what happens when point #1 is exercised...when you rest in the Lord...you will perform points 3 & 4 with supernatural energy from God.

You will be amazed and so will others around you...your obedience...in resting in the Lord... will be a very powerful testimony of your faith and belief in Jesus Christ.

This concludes the expository study of Isaiah 40:31. I pray you are blessed and encouraged in your walk of faith in Jesus Christ! Amen and Amen 🙏

The Beatitudes of Jesus Christ

Good morning my friends. I pray you have an awesome day with our Lord Jesus Christ.

This morning...I want to talk about the Beatitudes taught by our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.

You will find them in Matthew Chapter 5 beginning in verse 3 and believe it or not... there are...9 beatitudes.

Let us take a look at them now...in Matthew chapter 5 beginning in...

verse 3...Blessed are the poor in spirit: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.

Verse 4...Blessed are they that mourn: for they shall be comforted.

Verse 5...Blessed are the meek: for they shall inherit the earth.

Verse 6...Blessed are they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness: for they shall be filled.

Verse 7...Blessed are the merciful: for they shall obtain mercy.

Verse 8...Blessed are the pure in heart: for they shall see God.

Verse 9...Blessed are the peace makers: for they shall be called the children of God.

Verse 10...Blessed are they which are persecuted for righteousness' sake: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.

Verse 11...Blessed are ye, when men shall revile you, and persecute you, and shall say all manner of evil against you falsley for my sake

Verse 12...Rejoice, and be exceedingly glad: for great is your reward in heaven: for so persecuted they the prophets which were before you.

As you can see...there are 9 beatitudes and the Biblical number 9 means...Divine completeness, finality, and spiritual fruitfulness.

So...this morning...take a very close at the 9 beatitudes....then take a very hard look at yourself...what do you see?

Even with your failures...and...even with your shortcomings...you are blessed 9 times every single day. 9 times...when you focus on the 9 beatitudes taught by Jesus Christ.

Now...I am going to show you something so please pay very close attention. The Kingdom of heaven...is not in heaven...but the Kingdom of God...is in heaven.

The phrase Kingdom of heaven is a Jewish Idiom that points to the rebuilt Tabernacle of David as described in Acts 15:16b.

So...in the 9 beatitudes above...there are 2 beatitudes that point to the Kingdom of heaven...verse 3 and verse 10.

The Jewish people...will inherit the Kingdom of heaven. See Genesis 28:14.

The born again Gentiles will inherit the Kingdom of God see Genesis 15:5-6. The born again Jews will inherit the Kingdom of God. See Genesis 26:4.

In order for Jesus to be King of kings...he has to have his own kingdom...which is the Kingdom of David...on earth.

Therefore...God the Father...is the King of the Kingdom of God...in heaven.

As you you read and study these 9 beatitudes...keep in mind...which Kingdom you will inherit.

When you walk in these 9 beatitudes...you will see a big difference in your life...but you will also receive great persecution...not only from Satan and his minions...

But you will also reveive persecution from people...that really hate you and are jealous of your anointing.

I say...be exceedingly glad...and rejoice...for your portion will be in heaven with Jesus and there is no better place....to be.

I pray you are blessed and encouraged in your walk of faith in Jesus Christ! Enjoy this day...dancing...in the Spirit.

Good evening my friends! I pray you had an awesome Saturday in your weekend celebration.

I had a very busy couple of days...but I had a bit of downtime this morning...so I took advantage of this time and wrote another poem.

The title is...God's Voice

Today...many people hear others speak
and somtimes...their voices...do squeak

Some people tell...a wonderful Love story
yet others speak of God’s awesome Glory

Yet many others share...about their lives
and some who hear think...they are lies

But their is a sound...when one is so lost
and they deeply worry...yes over the cost

Even when they are in trouble...very deep
and all they want...is a good night's sleep

When one decides to listen...by their choice
then...they will feel Love from...God's Voice!
