New Year Blessings, Saints.

We share with solemn hearts the official announcement regarding the homegoing services of our beloved Pastor Robert E. Jackson, longtime servant of God and faithful elder of the Historic First Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction of Indiana.

We thank God for his life, labor, leadership, and legacy. As a jurisdiction, we stand in prayerful solidarity with the Jackson family, trusting the promise of Scripture: “Blessed are the dead which die in the Lord… that they may rest from their labours; and their works do follow them.” (Revelation 14:13)

There are moments when words feel insufficient.

Today is one of them.

Elder Robert Jackson has completed his earthly assignment and entered eternal rest. While we grieve, we do not grieve without hope. We rest in the promise that God keeps His servants—and comforts His people.

Please keep the Jackson family and Serenity the Prince of Peace lifted in prayer as we walk through this season together.

The fire of Revival is coming to the city.

Serenity the Prince of Peace Church of God in Christ invites you to our City-Wide Revival ’25, three days set aside for preaching, prayer, power, and transformation. As we close the year, we gather with an expectation that God will save, heal, and restore His people.

Our theme declares it boldly:
“He’s the People’s Saving Power” — Matthew 1:18-25

Over these three days, anointed voices from across the city will stand in the Lord’s house to proclaim hope and strength for every heart:

Friday, December 26 – 7 PM
