Reading the occasions where Jesus healed and delivered people and watching for revelation from Holy Spirit to go deeper.

Luke 13:12 NKJV
But when Jesus saw her, He called her to Him and said to her, **"Woman, you are loosed from your infirmity."

Loosed— untied, unbound; freed from restraint.**

So what does infirmity do to you (from this verse)?
It’s the opposite of this definition.
1. [Untied] to tie— create a knot, to coil around (snake)
2. [unbound] to bound— to limit, terminate, to confine
3. [Free from restraint] to restrain— hold back, keep from action, repress and suppress.

This is what a spirit of infirmity does when n a person’s life.

From this definition, infirmity is not always in the body. This can be active in the soul of a person (mind, will and emotions).
— Infirmity in the mind: mentally limited
— infirmity in the will: supressed in decision-making
— infirmity in the emotions: bound emotionally. Can’t feel; feels everything.

I’m just meditating on the “Faithfulness of God” before I release the lesson this week.

This passage came up as I was preparing it and it has stopped everything I was doing.

1 Corinthians 10:13 TPT
We all experience times of testing, which is normal for every human being. But God will be faithful to you. He will screen and filter the severity, nature, and timing of every test or trial you face so that you can bear it. And each test is an opportunity to trust him more, for along with every trial God has provided for you a way of escape that will bring you out of it victoriously.

The phrase that keeps coming to me is “He”ll never put more on you than you can bear…”

This means:
— Every trial I go through, He has already prepared me to win in it.
— Every struggle we face, we have already been prepared to overcome it.
— Every weakness I have (can’t say no to), I really CAN SAY NO TO. He has always given me enough strength to say no.

If I’m on level 3 in my life, God will not allow me to fight against level 4 life issues. He only allows level 3 life issues (what I am “abled” for)to come my way, because He will never allow more than what I can handle come upon me.

Which means all of our lives have been “gated” by God. Every life issue “filtered” by Him for us. Our reality is that we are never “overwhelmed” in life. God won’t allow it.

JesusPower of Attorney :

1. The principal remains the owner of the authority
2. The agent acts on behalf of the principal
3. The agent’s actions carry weight because of whose authority they represent

That’s similar to Jesus saying:

“All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore go…” (Matthew 28:18–19)

Saying “in Jesus’ name” means acting under His authority, not as an independent power source

We don’t become Jesus—we represent Him.

Saying “in Jesus’ name” is like having a power of attorney—His authority entrusted to us to act on His behalf, within His will, for His purposes, and accountable to Him.

Luke 9:1 says: “He called the Twelve together and gave them power and authority to drive out all demons and to cure diseases.”

Using the power of attorney idea helps explain how this authority works against darkness.

1. Jesus is the Principle; the disciples are agents

In Luke 9:1:

Jesus retains all authority
The disciples receive delegated authority

Like a power of attorney:

The authority is real, but not self-generated
It works only because it comes from the one who holds it—Jesus

Disciples don’t defeat demons or sickness by personal strength, skill, or status, but because Jesus has authorized this victory for them through His name.

From the beginning (Genesis 1-2), we can recognize some patterns beginning to form in this relationship between God and man.

1. It starts with God making everything on earth fit his plans for mankind(i.e. tree/man)—**Provision**
2. Then He makes us in His own image, according to His own likeness— **Identity**
3. Then God gives us dominion over everything on earth except each other—**Authority**
4. While God is doing all these great things, He purposely leaves satan in the earth with us—**Destiny**
5. God puts man in the garden to tend and keep it—**Responsibility**
6. God said “its not good for man to be alone,” He gives Adam, Eve, both having complimentary organs to pro-create; so God was instituting—**Family**
7. God brought every creature to Adam to name them. And whatever Adam called them; it was so—**Partnership**

Over and over God is establishing a tenor ( a sense of meaning) with mankind in life and as our ambassadorial role in the earth.

These are the same strengths the enemy has worked hard to strip from the church and society as a whole. We must regain these attributes and renew this tenor in our generation.

Here’s why “WE” choose, if we win or not in life

God called you an overcomer before you had a conflict.

He called you more than a conqueror before you had an enemy to conquered.

Meditating on being “Full of Faith.”
Post from yesterday.

What does it mean to be “full of faith?”
It means that a person’s life, thoughts, and actions are governed by complete trust and confidence in God — not just belief about God, but a living reliance upon Him.

What stands out from this thought is the last part— a complete reliance on Him.

Relying on God is a life posture, not a momentary feeling. It’s trusting who God is and obeying what He says— especially when you can’t see the favorable outcome.

1. (Proverbs 3:5-6)— You lean on God’s truth, not your own human truth or experience. Ask yourself “who knows best in this situation?”

2. (John 15:5) You draw strength from Christ as your source. This is where I’m trying to live from, from now on. Learning to live FROM God! Your security is in Who He is (i.e. Omnipotent), not what you have or don’t have.

3. (Philippians 4:6–7; 1 Peter 5:7) You bring needs and anxieties to God first, not last. We have no plan B. It’s God or die! We learn to press into God and stay there. {Daniel in the lions den, the 3 Hebrews boys, Peter in jail, Jesus during His passion…} There is not another answer, source of help, Savior of our problems- outside of God.

This is how we start developing a life that’s full of faith in God alone.

What an interesting time with the Lord this morning.

Yes…. I’m officially changing my personal prayer dynamics with God.

In the Disciples Prayer of Matt. 6:8-13, Jesus taught the disciples to concentrate their prayers on magnifying God and His desires in prayer as the priority. In Matt.6:25-34 He teaches us not to be consumed with what’s going on with us; but to seek FIRST the Kingdom and His righteousness….

Most of my personal prayer times are concentrated around me, my family, my issues. Today I did something different in prayer.

I said “Lord, this time with you, is about You; what’s on Your heart and what I can partner with you in. It felt really strange at first. But I knew it was the Lord rearranging my time with Him.

Matthew 6:32b-33a NKJV
“……. For your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But……”

Everything I mostly pray all the time, God already knows about them “perfectly.”
The problem in my time with God was, He knew what was on my heart “perfectly,” but I didn’t know what was on His heart. So in my meeting time, it’s mostly about me giving Him what’s on my heart and then shutting our time together down.
This time it was about what was in His heart. Being honest, I could barely pray for some of the issues. That showed me that I haven’t been as concerned with His heart as I wanted Him to be about mine.

So I’m shifting that today. Since he know my issues “perfectly,” I’ll wait til the end to talk about them. I’ll spend the bulk of our time together learning what on His mind and what He wants to share.

I’m thankful for times like these. It’s further evidence that He’s the Potter and I’m His clay (on the wheel). He is also wanting me to bear forth “more” fruit; so He’s helping me to do that by knowing His heart more and partnering with Him more.

Today is already a good day!

Lord, I’m grateful for Your interactions with me. Keep’ em coming.
