Reading the occasions where Jesus healed and delivered people and watching for revelation from Holy Spirit to go deeper.
Luke 13:12 NKJV
But when Jesus saw her, He called her to Him and said to her, **"Woman, you are loosed from your infirmity."
Loosed— untied, unbound; freed from restraint.**
So what does infirmity do to you (from this verse)?
It’s the opposite of this definition.
1. [Untied] to tie— create a knot, to coil around (snake)
2. [unbound] to bound— to limit, terminate, to confine
3. [Free from restraint] to restrain— hold back, keep from action, repress and suppress.
This is what a spirit of infirmity does when n a person’s life.
From this definition, infirmity is not always in the body. This can be active in the soul of a person (mind, will and emotions).
— Infirmity in the mind: mentally limited
— infirmity in the will: supressed in decision-making
— infirmity in the emotions: bound emotionally. Can’t feel; feels everything.
