Today, more than 150 years later, St. James' is a place where all are we

lcome as we gather for worship, fellowship, and service. We are blessed by the leadership of our Deacon, The Rev. Sue Ann Raymond, who models Christian service in her ministry among us. We are also blessed by the ministry of our Priest-in-Residence, The Rev. Dr. Sean D. Burke, a biblical scholar who teaches at Luther College in Decorah, Iowa. James' is known for the beauty of our worship and for our service to the world. Blessed by God through our common prayer, we go out to serve the world through our free community meal outreach and providing for the educational needs of children in Guatemala. James' is a welcoming community, where all are invited to receive God's Sacraments.

HOT DOG FRIDAY returns!
Thanks so much for patiently waiting while we refinished our beautiful wood floors and bathroom and kitchen flooring to be able to offer once again our FREE Community Meal this Friday, August 28th, 2026 in St. James' Parish Hall serving from 12 pm-1pm. Reunite with friends and enjoy a healthy meal!

Due to the Parish Hall floor being refinished and the unavailability of a restroom, St. James' will not be holding church service this Sunday, August 16th. We will also NOT be offering our Free Community Meal "Hot Dog Fridays" Friday August 14th nor on August 21st.
It's looking GOOD!

St. James' is undergoing floor refinishing and replacement over a few weeks in August. We will not be able to offer our free Hot Dog Friday community meal during this project. Hopefully we will be able to resume by Friday August 28th. Watch for updates we will be providing throughout.
We thank the community for the wonderful support in continuing our outreach.
