Ground will most likely be a little wet still, so wear clothes you don't mind getting dirty in!

The idea of being introduced to ourselves again really stopped me in my tracks. What would it be like if I could stand across from the person that God originally created me to be? Without me getting in the way or trying to be anything else... the Bible says it's His intimacy that brings us to that place. We have to love Him and spend time with Him to get that. I know that I need a reintroduction with myself, and I just thought maybe you do too 💜

Sunday Feb. 5th is SMAC's next Youth Event!
6-12th graders are welcomed!

"the BIG game" kicks off at Cornerstone Foursquare Church!

Like the flyer says, we are going to have head-to-head games so get your game face on and wear your favorite jerseys! Jersey's don't have to be a football team, represent any team you please :)

The youth event will be from 4-5pm and then right AFTER we will have our Football Sunday for the actual game so we invite you to stay for that cause we will be watching the game while having activities going on during it! Bring your favorite finger foods :)

PS - anyone down for some lemon juice?!

Youth Winter Camp 2017, PLATFORM, is HERE!! We are heading out to Camp Hickory in a few hrs 😬

We have 6 teens going with us so please be in prayer with us for these teens this weekend! The Holy Spirit is always wanting to show up and move, so I pray we allow Him to have an open door in our lives!

As Christmas Break is coming to an end, I encourage you to "move forward everyday"!

This goes for everyone but especially the seniors as you are closing the last chapter of High School - "God has great things in store for you. Do not settle for where you are but go to the next level"

I know God has great plans ahead for you guys so I encourage you not to become comfortable in always doing the same things but always be proactive in finding the endless possibilities of what God wants to do in and through you!

Remember what Hebrews 12:11 says -
"No discipline seems pleasant at the time, but painful. Later on, HOWEVER, it produces a harvest of righteousness and peace for those who have been trained by it.”

Following Jesus isn't always easy, BUT He promises it will be WORTH IT!
Just like trying to lose weight or build muscles, the beginning process is tough and seems like it's more pain than freedom but as you keep it up you eventually see the progress and feel a weight lifted!
