Quilt Auction Time!!
Our ALC Quilters have three quilts (one adult, one youth, one baby) on display in our Church Sanctuary. The quilts will remain on display until bidding closes at 11:00 am Sunday, September 27. There are bid sheets on the table by the church office during the week and will be in the church Narthex during worship times. Anyone (do not have to be an ALC member) is welcome to come look at the quilts and bid if you desire. We will announce the winning bid at 11:00 am on Sunday September 27. If the winning bidder is not present, we will contact you.

The funds raised will be used to purchase needed quilting material and supplies to help us continue this important outreach ministry of American Lutheran.

Our quilts are distributed to Lutheran World Relief, Huron Regional Medical Center, HRMC Hospice, Sleep in Heavenly Peace, Plus One guidance Center as well as to other organizations in need. We also present quilts to those baptized in our congregation, our high school graduates, veterans, and members in care centers.

We gather to quilt Tuesdays throughout the year beginning at 9am in the morning and go until noon or later. Come & stay as long as you are able. You do not need to know how to sew as there are many other things to be done such as cutting blocks, pin quilts together, tie quilts, iron & more. We also take a mid-morning break for coffee and fellowship. All are welcome to join us!
