It begins from after the *Fajr Salah of 9th Dhul Hijjah (Today).
It ends after the 'Asr Salah of 13th Dhul Hijjah.
Recite in a loud voice (men).
Women recite in a normal voice.
Recite after every Fard Salah in congregation.
