Paradisus Dei (Latin for the Paradise of God) was founded to help families discover the superabundance of God their homes.

Paradisus Dei exists to help couples and families discover the Superabundance of God. This is accomplished through potent formation that gathers people together to experience God in their midst. Through seven simple, yet powerful steps or covenants, families can participate in the superabundant love and mercy of God in their own lives, and put themselves on a path to experience a foretaste of paradise in their own homes. This formation yields results so positive that they are truly unheard of in our current culture. These results continue to fuel the growth of the Paradisus Dei ministry, largely by word of mouth. The work of eleven full-time staff, many contractors and countless volunteers supports this mission to build the domestic church.

Today we celebrate the feast of Pope St. John Paul II, whose teachings on the beauty of human love, marriage, and family continue to inspire the mission of Paradisus Dei. Through his witness, we are reminded that even in suffering, we are called to unite ourselves more closely to Christ and discover the redemptive power of love.

We share this great story of John Paul II intercessory power, you can hear more great stories like this On Mysteries of the Rosary.

In Genesis, God spoke the cosmos into existence with the words, “Let there be light!”. In the New Testament, Mary’s fiat allowed the Word made Flesh to shatter the darkness of sin and death. The Luminous Mysteries open our hearts and minds to the things of God and open our hearts to the way of love. This is the fourth and final part of the Mysteries of the Rosary series.

The Luminous Mysteries will be released on December 12, 2026 on the Feast of Our Lady of Guadalupe.

Today we honor Our Lady of Sorrows, who stood faithfully beside her Son through His Passion.

As we pray the Sorrowful Mysteries, we unite ourselves with Mary at the foot of the Cross and contemplate the depth of Christ’s love revealed through His suffering.
