Leadership Tip: Lead by authentic example rather than waiting for a title or permission.

“Don’t let anyone think less of you because you are young. Be an example to all believers in what you say, in the way you live, in your love, your faith, and your purity.”
‭‭1 Timothy‬ ‭4‬:‭12‬ ‭NLT‬‬

Authority is Earned through Character, Not Age: Gen Z often faces skepticism in the workplace or church due to a lack of traditional, long-term experience. Paul instructs Timothy (a young leader himself) that the antidote to being looked down upon is an undeniable lifestyle of integrity.

What you carry is valuable and as you learn more and demonstrate it you will see who you are is more than enough.

* 2 Timothy 2:2: Paul instructs Timothy to deliberately pass the torch to new leaders: "And the things you have heard me say in the presence of many witnesses entrust to reliable people who will also be qualified to teach others."

* Numbers 27:18–20: God commands a public transfer of authority to validate the new leader: "Take Joshua son of Nun, a man in whom is the spirit of leadership, and lay your hand on him...
Give him some of your authority so the whole Israelite community will obey him."
