As a young adult, it can be very tempting to become distracted by the things of this world. These are often the years when you are constantly questioning your identity, wondering how people see you, and trying to figure out where you belong.

You may find yourself questioning your value, your purpose, and even your self-worth.

There are also so many decisions to make. **What career path is right for me? Should I go to school out of state? Should I move away from home? Should I live with my parents? Should I live on my own? What does my future look like?**

The questions can feel endless.

But in the midst of all the uncertainty, we have to remember that we don't have to figure everything out on our own. When we learn to trust the Lord with the direction of our lives, He faithfully leads us into truth. He gives us wisdom when we don't know what to choose, peace when we feel overwhelmed, and direction when we cannot see what is ahead.

You may not have every answer right now—and that's okay. Your identity is not found in having your entire life figured out. Your worth is not determined by where you live, what career you choose, how successful you become, or how other people perceive you.

Your identity is found in Christ.**

So don't allow the pressure of this world to make you rush God's process. Pray. Seek Him. Listen for His voice. Trust His timing. And take the next step He places in front of you.

You don't need to know the entire road when you know the One who is leading you.🙏🏽❤️

The Lord Is Your Refuge

Psalm 46:1

“God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble.”

There will be seasons in life when you don’t know where to turn. As young adults, when trouble comes, it can be easy to run to the things of the world for comfort. We may turn to people, relationships, money, success, entertainment, or distractions, hoping they will give us the peace and security we need.

But God is reminding us today: **“Come to Me.”**

The Lord is not only our God in the good seasons—**He is our refuge in the difficult ones.** When your heart is overwhelmed, He is your refuge. When you feel weak, He is your strength. When you don't know what to do, He is your ever-present help.

You don't have to carry everything on your own. You don't have to find your strength in the world. You don't have to run from God when life gets difficult—**run to Him.**

The world may offer temporary solutions, but God offers a place of safety, strength, peace, and restoration.

So today, whatever season you may be facing, **choose God as your refuge.** Seek Him before you seek the opinions of others. Pray before you panic. Worship before you worry. Trust Him even when you don't understand what He is doing.

**God is still your refuge. God is still your strength. And God is still present in your trouble.**

You are not alone.

You are not without help.

**The Lord is with you.**

**Run to the Refuge.**
