We were recently able to track down this video https://vimeo.com/17141295 that Pastor Thad produced for us after a 2010 Mission Trip with Haiti Cheri. Watch for many familiar (and loved) faces from Revolution Church and the Haiti Cheri Board! It is amazing to look back at the footage and see what the ministry was doing then!

Please take a bit of time to see why we are so passionate about Haiti. The video perfectly captures the beauty and the struggles of the country while also highlighting some of the villages we serve in and shows Cap-Haitien and Redford Baptist Church. You can see what a mobile clinic looks like and even hear about a miracle the Lord performed in a villager’s life.

It’s been many years since we were able to bring teams down. Those who served on those teams walked away with their hearts forever changed and while we cannot invite you to travel with us today, we are grateful for this video that serves as a reminder of why we are still committed to serving the people of Haiti. ❤️

We are so close to our goal of getting funding to move the clinic! The Lord has gotten us this far and we are praising Him for His provisions! We need help to cross the finish line. Our goal is to raise $400 worth of recurring monthly donations. If you have been thinking about how to contribute, please join us today in making this move happen. The new building will open doors for our team to better serve the community in Cap-Haitien and we would love to make this happen.

Our month of prayers has concluded. We thank God that it allowed us the chance to reflect on what the clinic in Cap-Haitien means to our ministry, but also what it means for the community it serves. We are so blessed to serve such a wonderful population. Our clinic is not just a place where a sick patient can come, it is an open door to the Gospel and to Christ. Our staff shares the love of Jesus with everyone who comes to the door.

As we close this month, we are still $834 short of our monthly need for the new clinic location. This number feels big, but we are praying that the need can be filled! The greatest need we have today is for recurring donations. Today’s request is one of thanksgiving! We thank God for faithful friends like Gethro and Sister Olide. Many of you remember them from your trips with us, but if you have not had the chance to meet them, you could not imagine more wonderful people. We are blessed to have them as our friends and they have both been so precious to our ministry. Gethro works behind the scenes to make so many things happen and sweet Sister Olide has cooked for and cared for many of our teams. Please thank God for them today. ❤️

Let’s pray for the men of Cap-Hatien today. We have prayed for the women and children, but today we turn our prayers for the fathers, sons, brothers, and friends who live near the new clinic site. We pray for their health and for their families. We pray that the Lord will be near to them as these days can be hard on the population. We pray that the men who are around will come if moved so they can receive care but also hear the Gospel.

As we wind down on the month of prayer for our clinic, let’s pray for the medicine and equipment that will be needed to keep the clinic functioning. It can sometimes be challenging getting basic medication and supplies for the clinic, but God has been so good and He always provides what we need. Please pray with us today for His provision!
