Some of us are celebrating Holy Week…

without letting it change anything.

We say we follow Jesus…
but avoid everything He actually asked of us.

We want the comfort of being saved
without the cost of being surrendered.

We celebrate the resurrection…
but resist the cross in our own lives.

But He didn’t resist it.

He was betrayed… and stayed.
He was falsely accused… and stayed.
He was beaten… and stayed.
He was nailed to a cross… and stayed.

Not because He had to.

Because He chose obedience.

For you.

And now we live like obedience is optional.

Holy Week doesn’t just remind you what He did.

It exposes how casually we follow Him.
