A new preschool unit begins this weekend! Quiet on the set — it’s movie making time!
During “Lights, Camera, Action!” the preschoolers will give the performance of a
lifetime as they act out scenes from Bible stories about the early church. When
shooting wraps up, they’ll have discovered that the church is our supporting cast, but
Jesus is the real star of the show!

Preschool ministry isn’t baby sitting. It is kingdom work.
What people might call childcare, we call it ministry.

While we are watching these babies we are creating a space in the auditorium for hearts to be still- and minds to focus. Allowing Gods word to be taught and heard free of distractions.

Back in those little rooms each Cheerio, animal cracker, and lesson plan is prayed for, and over by our team, not only that but also by our children.

Every Sunday, we’re teaching our two-year-olds how to pray, and now our preschoolers are even sharing prayer requests for their parents.

Every diaper change, every rocking baby, every goofy dance to our curriculum isn’t babysitting. It is kingdom work.

All while this is going on, the adult service is able to encounter the life changing power of salvation.

So I encourage you, Next time you walk into preschool ministry, take a moment to pause and really feel God’s presence in what we’re doing.

Due to the forecast of inclement weather and with the safety of our volunteers and attendees in mind, we will close our campus and be gathering online only tomorrow, Sunday, January 25.

Join us for a special online Church at Home service at 8:30a, 10:00a or 11:30a. We have prepared something very special for our New Season family and friends. This will be streamed exclusively on our YouTube channel and our online campus: live.newseason.cc.

Grab a warm cup of coffee, gather the family around the living room and experience worship together.
