We are so thankful to announce our candidate for Associate Pastor of Music and Young Adults: Jared Whitworth!

This is another milestone week for First Baptist Hillsboro and the Whitworth family (Jared, Shelby, Nate, and Nolan) as Jared comes in view of a call. We have two wonderful opportunities for our church family to connect with them:

Tonight at Wednesday Church (5:15 PM):
Gather with us in the Social Hall for a baked potato & pulled pork dinner! Then at 6:00 PM, Jared will lead our adult group in song and share his testimony of God's work in his life.

This Sunday, Oct 25th (10:45 AM):
Jared will lead us in worship during our morning service, followed by a special church vote.

Please join us in praying for Jared and his family as they seek God’s leading for this next chapter. Drop a welcome message for the Whitworths in the comments below!

Good morning, First Baptist family and friends!

It’s the Lord’s day, and we are so excited to worship Jesus Christ together! Today is extra special—our First Baptist Christian School students will be sharing special music during service, and right after worship, we’re hosting our annual Pasta Bar Fundraiser in the Social Hall.

Whether you’re dining in or grabbing take-out, every donation goes directly toward replacing our decades-old playset with a brand-new playground for our school kids!

Watch the morning announcements with David and Lauren to hear all about the pasta bar, our Trunk or Treat candy updates, and a special meet-and-greet announcement for this Wednesday!

🗓️ Sunday Schedule:
9:30 AM: Sunday School Groups
10:45 AM: Worship Service & Student Music

Come hungry, bring your family, and let's worship together!
