Wednesdays nights are a blast! Here are the details!

Adult Bible Study | 6pm Wednesday Nights
• We only have a couple more weeks left of our current study through a book and Bible reading about discipleship! If you’d like to check it out, please feel free to join us! Even if you haven’t gone through the book, there is a lot you can get from this conversation style study with Pastor Dale!

🗓️9:00am Meet at HCC!

🗓️9:15am Head over to Avamere Retirement Community to worship with the residents (980 W Highland Ave)

🗓️Afterwards, we will be splitting up & heading out to serve our city! Details will be given at the church at 9:00am!

Sermon Notes | “Behold My Servant” with Pastor Dale Larson

📖 “He will not falter or be discouraged till He establishes justice on earth.” — Isaiah 42:4

This passage describes the unwavering perseverance of Jesus stating he will not falter be discouraged or be crushed!

Sometimes life feels like an alligator trying to drag us under—hurt, injustice, fear, pain, disappointment, regret.

But today we are reminded:

Jesus will not give up on you.
Jesus will not let go of your hand.
Jesus will finish what He started in your life.

📖 “He who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus.” — Philippians 1:6

When you feel weak… He is strong.
When you feel stuck… He is working.
When you feel forgotten… He is faithful.

Whatever has tried to pull you under, Jesus is stronger.
Whatever battle you’re facing, Jesus is holding on.
Whatever He started in you, He will complete.

🙏 Today, shake loose what has held you back.
🙏 Lift your hands.
🙏 Trust the Savior who never fails.

Are you new to HCC?

First of all—we’re so glad you’re here. Whether you’ve visited once or you’re just getting connected, we’d love to help you find your place.

Wondering, “Okay, I came to church… now what?” Here are a few easy ways to jump in:

• Midweek Church — Wednesdays at 6 PM in the main sanctuary. Don’t worry about being late or jumping in halfway—just come as you are.
• Men’s Bible Study — Mondays at 5:15 PM. A great space to grow and connect.

We also have more gatherings and events coming this summer, so be sure to follow along and download our church app to stay up to date—you’ll have access to the full church calendar right at your fingertips.

Sunday mornings are one of our favorite times together. Doors open at 9:30 AM for coffee and connection—come meet someone new and enjoy a great cup of coffee (all proceeds support our missionaries).

That’s the best news the world has ever heard. Death was defeated, hope is alive, and Jesus is still changing lives today. What looked like the end was only the beginning!
