🌸Tomorrow is Mother’s Day… and honestly?💐 Some moms are holding the whole world together while quietly falling apart behind closed doors.🙏🏻
Some are exhausted.
Some are overwhelmed.
Some are grieving.
Some feel unseen.
Some wonder if they’re doing enough.
Some are carrying guilt for the moments they lost their patience.
Some are trying to mother while healing from the way they were mothered.
Some are spiritual mothers pouring into others even without children of their own.
Some are single moms carrying weight no one else sees.
Some are foster moms, adoptive moms, stepmoms, grandmas, aunties, mentors, spiritual moms, and women who love others with a mother’s heart.
And yet…
they still show up.
Still praying.
Still sacrificing.
Still loving.
Still trying.
Still making dinner while their heart feels heavy.
Still comforting everyone else while nobody notices they need comfort too.
Still carrying invisible loads that heaven sees even when the world does not.
Mama, can I remind you of something?
MOTHERHOOD is KINGDOM WORK!!👑
God never asked you to be a perfect mother.
He asked you to be a faithful one.🥹
And faithfulness often looks less like Pinterest perfection and more like:
showing up tired,
praying through tears,
trying again after a hard day,
hugging your babies after losing your patience,
and choosing love over and over again even when nobody applauds you for it.
The world celebrates polished motherhood.
But God honors surrendered motherhood.
The late nights.
The prayers whispered over sleeping children.
The worry you carry.
The meals.
The rides.
The sacrifices.
The little things nobody thanks you for.
The invisible emotional labor.
The constant pouring out.
He sees ALL of it.♥️
And to the mom reading this wondering if she’s enough…
You probably don’t realize how many people are standing today because you kept loving them when it was hard.
Your children may not fully understand your sacrifices right now…
but one day they will remember:
how safe you made them feel,
how hard you tried,
how you kept going,
how you prayed,
how you loved them even imperfectly.
A mother’s love leaves fingerprints on the soul.
So if you’re a mama…
a spiritual mama…
a grandma…
an auntie…
a mentor…
a woman helping carry others through life…

THANK YOU for being who GOD created YOU to be even when it’s hard. Even when it’s messy.
