Yesterday we took a look at one of the most powerful and sobering stories in the Bible.

David was a man after God's own heart, but one series of small compromises nearly destroyed everything he had built.

Our biggest failures often begin with seemingly small decisions.

But God still offers forgiveness, healing, and restoration no matter how far we've drifted.

If you've ever felt stuck, compromised, or far from God's best for your life - know that He is waiting for you to turn towards Him and, as Pastor Jeremy reminded us, the sooner the better! 🙌🏻

*NO GATHERING*

This Sunday is Fifth Sunday Family Day!
Once a quarter when there are five Sundays in a month we corporately take it as a family day, a day of true rest and sabbath.

On this day our families travel, stay home and unplug, they gather for a meal with other Journey friends, they spend quality time with those they love.

While we all truly miss our time together on Fifth Sunday Family Day - it's healthy to catch our breath once in a while in a world where MOST people barely stop to enjoy true rest. In a world where MOST pastors and ministry staff are working both for the church and a secular job and family time must be cherished.

We encourage you to spend this day not working down a huge to do list if possible, but instead to spend time resting, laughing, and loving.

We will see you all again next Sunday, June 7th at 1 PM 💙
