Big Sky Fellowship

Big Sky Fellowship We exist to DISCOVER, DEVELOP, and DEPLOY everyday missionaries for the glory of God. We exist first and foremost for God and his glory.

There are several ways in which God is glorified through us. One is our worship and enjoyment of Him and another is knowing Him more deeply and allowing Him to shape all areas of our lives. This is what we strive for during our worship services on Sunday morning and with our small groups throughout the week. We want the church to come together and with one voice resound the greatness of God and di

ve deep into the scriptures together. Another way that God is glorified through us is when we are used by him to fulfill the great commission. This is our preaching of the gospel to our neighbors, our mission efforts in our state and country, and when we take the gospel to the nations. At Big Sky Fellowship we want every member to know and understand that it is their responsibility to make Him known. We are all missionaries in whatever context God has placed us. So we will focus on the glory of God in our services through gospel-centered preaching of the scriptures, and singing. We will focus on the glory of God in fulfilling the great commission through gospel-centered service and disciple making in our community and amongst the nations. It is our prayer that Big Sky Fellowship will pursue the making of disciples until every people group has heard the name of Jesus.

A New Economy: Give | Acts 4:32-37 | 5/31/2026

What if generosity is about more than money?
What if it begins with surrender?

This Sunday at Big Sky Fellowship, we’ll look at what happens when the gospel reshapes the way we see our lives, our resources, and our purpose. In Acts 4, the early church was transformed by grace — and it changed everything about how they lived, loved, and gave.

In this message, we’ll see that:

• We are called to steward God’s resources
• We are called to make sacrifices for God’s glory
• The gospel transforms owners into stewards and stewards into generous givers

Jesus did not simply ask us to give more — He gave Himself for us. And when grace grips our hearts, generosity becomes more than obligation; it becomes worship.

Join us this Sunday as we consider what it looks like to live with open hands, surrendered hearts, and lives shaped by the generosity of Christ.

This Sunday reminded us that following Jesus was never meant to be done alone.

As we continued our series, Following Jesus: Ordinary Obedience, Everyday Mission, Pastor Darren Hales taught on the call to follow godly leaders—people whose lives point us toward Christ and help us walk faithfully after Him.

And then we celebrated something beautiful: a child stepping into the waters of baptism, publicly declaring what matters most:

Jesus is Lord.

A picture of faith being formed.
A reminder that discipleship matters.
A Kingdom family walking together, helping one another follow Jesus, one faithful step at a time.

Following Godly Leaders | | 5/24/2026

Who are you following?
And what does it actually look like to follow leaders who are following Jesus?

This Sunday at Big Sky Fellowship, Pastor Darren Hales will help us explore what it means to walk in humble, faithful discipleship as we consider God’s design for leadership in the life of the church.

In a culture that celebrates independence and self-direction, Jesus invites us into something different — a life of trust, discipleship, and everyday obedience as we follow Him together.

Join us this Sunday as we continue our Following Jesus: Ordinary Obedience. Everyday Mission. series.

Following Jesus: Ordinary Obedience, Everyday Mission.
A New Rhythm: Worship | Col. 3:16; Rev. 7:9-10| 5/17/2026

Why do we gather every Sunday?
Why do we sing?
Why does worship matter?

This week at Big Sky Fellowship, we’re looking at the purpose and power of gathered worship as we open Colossians 3 and Revelation 7 together.

In this message, we’ll see that when the church gathers:

• We remember the gospel
• We are formed by the truth of God’s Word
• We exalt Christ together
• And we rehearse for glory

Worship is more than music. It is the people of God gathering around the Word of God to behold the Son of God together. Every song we sing, every Scripture we read, every prayer we pray is shaping us for eternity.

And one day, believers from every nation, tribe, people, and language will gather around the throne singing:
“Salvation belongs to our God who sits on the throne, and to the Lamb!”

Join us this Sunday as we lift high the name of Jesus — the risen Lamb, the reigning King, and the One worthy of all worship.

This is part of the DNA of our church.

Every week, men gather around the world to be discipled and developed into pastors, church, planters, leaders, and everyday missionaries.

And that same heartbeat carries into our family discipleship nights, our Sunday mornings, our homes, and our church body as a whole.

We believe discipleship is not just something we attend but a way of life.

Ordinary obedience, everyday mission.

Come join the mission Sunday 10AM ❤️

At Big Sky Fellowship, we believe that the Church is more than a gathering on Sunday. It’s a people sent by God.

That is why we exist to discover, develop, and deploy everyday missionaries for the glory of God.

Together, we are learning to follow Jesus, love one another, and carry the gospel to everyday life. This is Kingdom family on mission.

This Sunday, slowed down and remembered.

Before coming to the Lord’s Table, we paused as a body. Men from our congregation leading us in prayer as we fixed our eyes on Christ.

We looked back and remembered the cross.
We looked ahead with hope for His return.
We looked up in gratitude.
We looked in and examined our hearts.
We looked out and saw the beauty and need of the body.

And then we came to the table together.

If you missed it. We missed you. ❤️
