It’s our job to guard not only ourselves, but also our children and the people around us. Devices aren’t the problem — we are. Let’s start checking the gates, identifying where we’re weak, and learning how to strengthen them. And keep having honest conversations with those around you. The goal isn’t to be normal, the goal is to be Holy!

Jesus saw Zacchaeus, and Jesus sees you too. He calls each of us into connection and relationship with Him. This was such a powerful reminder to put the phone down and pick up God’s Word.

“So if the Son sets you free, you will be FREE INDEED.” John 8:36

Yesterday was such a powerful reminder that true freedom is found in Christ. We don’t have to stay bound to idols, distractions, or strongholds that try to take hold of our lives. We are each called to stand up, guard the gates, and walk in the freedom He has already given us!
