❤️ Next Sunday, February, 4th:

Spread Your Sunshine out of FM will partner with our Sunday School kids during the annual meeting to create Valentine Bags for other kids that may otherwise not celebrate.
Kids can come straight down stairs when they get to church with activities and snacks starting at 9:30 AM.

From SYS:
“Spread Your Sunshine provides fun and engaging activities for families living in shelters and low-income housing. Our goal is to create social activities so kids can have fun and families can make happy memories together!

The bags will go to children at The Arbors at McCormick Park, Bright Sky Apartments, and Micah’s Mission.”

Our church has partnered with SYS for this we will have everything needed. Our goal is to create 100 bags. We would love to have as many helping hands (adults & kids) as possible. This is a fun opportunity to teach our kids the importance of serving others in fun ways outside of basic needs too. Our hearts all need love! ❤️

We will have a fun snack too!

All of the kids did an amazing job this morning! Thank you for all of your hard work! We even had a special guest appearance by Santa and Mrs. Claus!

‼️ONLY the Sunday School students with speaking parts and solos/duets for singing need to meet Wednesday night for practicing at the church at 6 PM. Should everyone cooperate, this should only take 30-45 minutes! ‼️

Christmas Program:
Sunday, December 17th at 9:30 AM, please arrive at 9:00 AM.
Families, please bring a dozen goodies/cookies to share after the program.

The younger Sunday School kids learned about Community today and were able to make 24 birthday bags for REACH and Mary's Place. This will slow for the recipients to have a birthday cake and supplies for a fun party 🎉🎈🎂❤️

This Sunday is clean up at Rollag after church service. Grades 4-7 will be part of this in a lesson about service during their Sunday School time. Please bring weather and outdoor/dirt appropriate clothing!

Our first day of Sunday School is this Sunday, September 17th. All kids, teachers (and parents if interested) will be meeting up in the sanctuary to discuss the upcoming Sunday school year.
Again, we are trying something new this year and the kids and teachers will be released from church during the last hymn to get their snack and eat it downstairs, before going to classes.

Rally Sunday is tomorrow, at Rollag, at 11 with a meal to follow. Kids and teachers will be celebrated as we kick off another Sunday School year!
