Bring the kids around for FCC's Trunk or Treat. The night of Halloween, we'll be handing out candy. We don't want to keep any behind and have to eat them (or do we???). Hope to see you there in your best costume.👰‍♀️👨‍🚒🦸‍♂️🧟‍♀️🧝‍♀️🧚👑🧞‍♂️👩‍🚀👩‍🎤

Thank you to all who came out to the Harvest First today and letting me taste your wonderful chilis! Maybe next year will be my year. Anywho, the bouncy house was a blast! The pumpkins were decorated. The chilis, hotdogs, cornbreads, chips, and desserts were consumed. The conversations and laughs were enjoyed and welcome.

As for the winners this year, we first recognize Keith Campion for most closely guessing our beans in our lemonade jar. I guess bean counting is in his jeans. The beans numbered 4,533 and Keith was on his game. For his effort he received a $40 gift card to "The Dugout" in Aberdeen. Happy golfing and may your aim be true.

Next up was the chili itself. We had eight chilis in the running and three came out on top. Third place went to Jason Benedict who took away two gift cards, a $25 for "Riverside Pub& Grille" and $20 towards "The Screemin' Bean". Second place was a close one with onlyvone bean between him and first. David Breeden took second for his delicious chili going home with $100 towards any service at Anderson Buick GMC and a gift card to "The Screemin' Bean". Our first place winner by a bean was Cindy Benedict. She came up to receive her prize, a one night stay at The Springhill Inn and Suites plus $25 towards meals at "Riverside Pub& Grille".

Thank you to our generous donors:
Springhill Suites by Marriott - One night stay at any Marriott location
Anderson Buick GMC of Abingdon - $100 for any service
Riverside Pub & Grille - 2 $25 gifts cards
The Dugout Mini Golf - $40 gift card
Screamin' Bean, LLC - 2 $20 gift cards

Until next time.

And thanks to the Havre de Grace Fire Department who gave us a jolt every time they came around. 😁
