TRUST JESUS has been our watch words throughout our Alaskan camp out: if you're lonely or scared, powerless or without hope, or just lost, Jesus is The Way to get through it. We've made a lot of friends and got to learn and dance and eat our way through an extraordinary week. AND today we packed our sleeping bags up and filled bags with outside necessities for our local homeless to use! Sometimes your the lost sheep and sometimes you're the shepherd. THANK YOU for bringing your kids on an unforgettable journey!

WHAT A PERFECT DAY FOR A CELEBRATION! Join us 11:00a-noon for a fabulous service revolving around a Great Father and our great fathers! We have had a fabulous week of Vacation Bible School, thanks to the help of our church fathers stepping up and pitching in, and this Sunday is their Sunday. Haven't been to church in a while? Swing by and pick up your dad or granddad or just treat yourself to an hour of peace and laughter and praise and prayer - come on and GET YOUR GOD ON!

When you're dealing with a problem out of your control - TRUST JESUS. We heard the Roman officer's story of a Jesus so powerful he could heal the unhealable from afar! If you feel powerless to "fix it", know that Jesus can do it, if it needs to be done! We flew into the wild tonight to learn about ten-foot Grizzlies and the power of Jesus and teamwork, and a little line dancing. Never give up - just get your God on!

ARE YOU LOST? DON'T WORRY! Jesus says he's right there and he's sending help, if you really need it! Taco Tuesday featured some lost sheep, BIG crabs (did you know there's a crab in Japan that is 12 feet wide???), and if you're feeling crabby and worried, STOP and TRUST JESUS. Sometimes we're the lost sheep and sometimes we're the shepherd. Either way, Jesus gives us what we need.

When you're wondering "WHAT IS GOING ON?" - TRUST IN JESUS! No matter what crazy trail you find yourself on, worrying and wondering and wandering, follow Jesus. He'll handle it! We started our Alaskan Adventure with a great "cookout", packed our camp gear, learned some hot tips on how to handle the local wildlife, and met Earnest the Otter - and John the Baptist! It's Taco Tuesday tomorrow and The Word on weekday to do when you're feeling like a lost sheep ... missed your first night? You've got time to catch up!

CARRYING SOME BAGGAGE? Join us Sunday at 11:00a and let's see if God can't replace that load with a fire in your heart! We start Vacation Bible School Monday evening, and we will be looking for that fire, too! Find your strength and COME GET YOUR GOD ON!

THANK GOD FOR WHATEVER RAIN WE GET - but we'll be high and dry in Alaska next week, so no worries. It may look like a church on the outside, but it is ALL WILDERNESS inside! hahaha!
