The Strahan United Women in Faith will be having a "garage sale" in Malvern on Saturday June 6 at the ReMax office on Main Street beginning at 8:00 a.m. Lots of children's items, some good clothes, and the usual miscellaneous from our members. All proceeds will go to local mission projects. CASH ONLY.

EVERYONE is invited to worship at the Strahan United Methodist Church on Easter Sunday! Services start at 9:45 a.m. Worship will include Communion. Following the service, there will be an Easter Egg Hunt for the kiddos from babies through high school!

If you would prefer a sunrise service you can join the pastor and worshippers at the Malvern Cemetery Building at 6:30 a.m.

March 8 was the date of a wonderful baby shower for Thing One and Thing 2 expected soon by Zoe and Noah! They loved the Dr. Suess theme, the delicious refreshments based on his books, the enjoyable entertainment, and the awesome gifts.

I posted a pretty picture of snow with the announcement just a few minutes ago, but it is hard to read. Here it is again in just words.
Due to predicted extremely cold wind chill temperatures, slick church driveway, and people coming from a distance, there will NOT be church tomorrow, Nov. 30, at the Strahan United Methodist Church. This also affects Malvern UMC and Wesley Chapel UMC as they were all coming to Strahan.

Sadly, due to the projected extremely cold wind chills, the slick church driveway, and people coming from a distance, the decision has been made to cancel services at the Strahan United Methodist Church tomorrow November 30. Safety first! Please stay home and stay warm.
