Just two days until our first profession of vows! Come for the world's most eclectic litany of saints, stay for achingly sincere reflection on Christ embodied in our lives and communities. (And spanakopita.) We would love to see you there.

Your prayers and presence are invited as Mtr. Marta and Sr. Gregory make their initial profession of vows in the Order of the Body of Christ - the first (as far as we know) religious vows in the history of the Episcopal Church in Connecticut!

Join us this month for a plainchant Evensong in honor of St. Mark the Evangelist.

Mark is often depicted in art accompanied by a winged lion, although in a curious failure of realism, the lion is rarely sitting in the middle of his manuscript demanding pets and dinner.

The feast of the Dormition of Mary is this Thursday! As luck would have it, Haven will be at the Commons, headquarters that afternoon for a meeting. Anyone in the neighborhood (or in the building!) come join us at All Saints Chapel for Evening Prayer for the Blessed Virgin Mother. About 4:30, which is somewhat informal in the time, but looks like a lot of folks are on vacation, so I think we can convene informally!

Greetings! New page on the Haven site, you've maybe seen the "how can you support us" page ( https://havenreligious.org/support-us/ ) and now we also have "how can we support you?"

Our mission, as an organization, is one of service: to our neighbors, to the church, to the world. We have some ministry partners now, but there are also other ways we can partner together!
