Kingsway Prison and Family Outreach Kingsway was started in 1977 in Weyers Cave, VA, by Shel and Louise Jennings. Kingsway was chartered in 1983.

Please visit our website at www.kingswayoutreach.org for more information about our mission, our ministry, and our services. In addition to the posted hours, Kingsway is open on Thursdays by appointment only from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm.
