Harrison Community Baptist Church

Harrison Community Baptist Church God put us here to help each other be restored to Him through Jesus Christ, our Divine Rescuer.

Walking by faith with the Holy Spirit, our Divine Helper, we delight Him by helping one another to know Him, and live purposefully for Him. As part of His worldwide family of believers, we labor to help others find restoration & peace with Him through Jesus Christ as given by God in 2 Corinthians 5:18-21. We seek to be right with each other and equip each other to become an apprentice (disciple) o

f Jesus as given by Jesus in Matthew 28:18-20. Jesus perfectly pleased God the Father, and we want to learn all of His ways that we too will bring Him much pleasure and glory.

This is a heartbreaking loss for Dan's family and our entire community. May we come together and surround them with love, comfort, and blessings during this incredibly difficult time.

This meal train is to take some the strain off the Usdrowski family while they cope with the tragic loss of Daniel S. Usdrowski.

A Legacy of Faith in Harrison

From the very beginning, two pillars helped shape the foundation of Harrison: a school and a church. In early 1895, the community built a school, and on July 10 of that same year, eight faithful individuals gathered in the schoolhouse to establish what would become Harrison Baptist Church.

For over 130 years, God has faithfully blessed our church—through seasons of loss and seasons of growth. Generations have come before us, and, Lord willing, many more will continue the work He began here.

We invite you to join us for worship every Sunday at 10:00 AM.

Special Notice:
Old Timers Weekend is just around the corner—July 26th & 27th! Please note that our worship service on Sunday, July 27th will begin at 8:30 AM so we can all enjoy the parade and the day’s festivities together.
