Join us Sunday for worship as we continue the journey through Luke 15, this week looking at the parable of the lost coin. What’s lost is not always lost in a far country, but sometimes within the shadows of our own homes. Let’s gather and make much of Jesus!

Guess what tonight is? It’s Midweek at FBC and we want you and your family to join us!

Classes for everyone! Bring the whole family! You belong here. Where everybody is somebody, and every somebody is worthy and loved by Jesus! Come let us tell you all about it and show you specifically how your life can be radically transformed through a relationship with Jesus Christ.

Special Announcement!!

With everyone out for school, we have typically broke on Wednesday nights for the summer break with the kids. HOWEVER, God has opened doors and clearly made it evident to us, that we need to keep rolling. We continue to see a hunger for God’s Word and a desire from families to be present, to be nurtured, and to be spiritually fed throughout the community and within our various ministries. Until the Lord says otherwise, we will continue to offer Bible study classes for all ages throughout the summer. Please note a couple of changes through the summer…

-No meal, no 5:30pm gathering in Glissen Center
-Everyone will meet in their respective classes and those classes will begin on Wednesday night at 6pm
-Classes for all ages, nursery provided
-Dismiss @ 7pm
-Schedule subject to change in the event of special programming/outings

*No Midweek May 27 (Worship @ Woodbriar)
*No Midweek June 3 (VBS)

DiscipleU Classes are now offered on Sunday nights at 6pm for all ages. Nursery is provided for all services.

What a special time of worship this morning! And praying over Colby Brown as he prepares to head back to the Dominican Republic this week, with a group from FBC Monticello. Join us in praying for Colby and the team as they head down there bright and early Saturday morning.

Join us tomorrow for worship, as we begin to unpack the depth of the 3 parables in Luke 15. Have you ever wondered what God thinks of you? Have you ever considered the heart of God? He left the 99 assets to find the single lost sheep because every 1 is imortant. You aren’t a number to God. You are worthy, you have identity, He knows you, He calls you by name, He seeks relentlessly until He finds the lost sheep. Join us tomorrow to hear more!

Also, tomorrow night we will resume DiscipleU at 6pm. Adults are on week 3 of Art of Marriage. Come join this class and be encouraged and fed through the teaching and discussion within this class setting.

Youth (6th-12th) will begin a class tomorrow night as well. If you have little ones, bring them on. Nursery available! More class options coming soon!

New series begins Sunday morning! Come join us for worship as we spend the next 4 weeks examining Luke 15. Also, DiscipleU is back this Sunday night at 6pm. Adults will continue the study through Art of Marriage, while our youth will begin a class as well. Don’t miss out!

Join us Sunday for Mother’s Day! We will have Muffins With Mom at 8:30am in the Glissen Center, a special time for children young and old to have a light breakfast with mom. We will have a time of prayer and devotion of encouragement for the moms. As part of our service, we will honor the mothers and look at the influence of a Godly mother on her children as we examine the influence that Eunice and Lois had on Timothy. Don’t miss this time to worship with your mother. Mothers, don’t miss this opportunity to lead you children to worship the Lord together. We’re looking forward to a very special day and we hope that you will join us!

A tremendous thank you to everyone who took part in and had a hand in leading for National Day of Prayer. We had a wonderful trickle of people come through during the day. And we capped the day off with a beautiful service last night, as churches throughout the community came together for worship and prayer. We are stronger together. May we be the example throughout the community and beyond as we stand behind and support our leadership and share the love of Jesus!
